LevelUP AI Training is a practitioner-led learning company creating practical, connected training for professionals and aspiring professionals. Its courses are built around understanding, realistic application, reasoning-rich explanations, targeted improvement, and evidence-based readiness.

LevelUP’s initial courses focus on project management, including certification preparation and responsible AI use. Future training may expand into ICT infrastructure and other professional fields.

Practical CAPM® Exam Preparation is planned as LevelUP’s first course and is the immediate development priority. Practical AI for Project Managers is also in development as a free introductory course. Release information will be published when each course is ready to deliver a complete and meaningful learning experience.

Yes. It is planned as a complete and useful introductory learning experience in its own right. It will introduce practical and responsible AI use in project work while giving learners a clear example of the LevelUP teaching approach.

The CAPM course is in development as a 24-hour online program of project management education. PMI currently requires at least 23 hours of project management education for CAPM eligibility, so successful completion of the LevelUP course will exceed that education requirement. PMI also requires a secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED, or global equivalent.

After the course’s instructional timing and completion controls are validated, learners who successfully complete it will receive a certificate documenting 24 hours of project management education. Enrollment will open after final course validation. Candidates remain responsible for reviewing and meeting PMI’s current eligibility and application requirements.

LevelUP is built as one connected learning system. Questions continue the teaching through detailed explanations. Remediation addresses the cause of a misunderstanding. Retesting uses new situations to determine whether the improved reasoning transfers.

Readiness is based on demonstrated performance, not course completion alone. Evidence can include objective coverage, independent performance, correction of identified gaps, unseen retesting, cumulative work, and realistic simulations.

Yes. The initial courses are designed for self-paced online learning. Access begins when enrollment is activated.

The final access period, completion requirements, included activities, and available support will be published before enrollment opens.

Founding enrollment will be $99 for the first 50 paid founding enrollments. Regular enrollment will be $149 after those places are filled.

Founding enrollment includes the complete self-paced CAPM® preparation course, practice activities, full-length practice exams, and 12 months of access from enrollment. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.

Only purchases using the $99 founding offer count toward the 50 places. Free access, academic-partner purchases, and refunded enrollments are excluded.

The PMI certification exam fee is separate. Optional PMI membership is also sold separately. Purchasing the course does not include CAPM certification. Candidates must apply through PMI, meet its current eligibility requirements, and pass the certification exam.

No. LevelUP cannot guarantee an individual exam result. Exam performance depends on factors no training provider can fully control.

LevelUP does stand behind its preparation process. Eligible learners who do not pass the CAPM exam will receive a targeted recovery plan and a 90-day course-access extension at no additional cost. Complete eligibility, participation, and verification requirements will be published before enrollment.

Learners remain responsible for eligibility and application requirements, preparation, exam scheduling, and exam performance.

Because enrollment provides access to proprietary digital course content, CAPM purchases will be non-refundable once course access has been granted, except where required by applicable law, for duplicate charges, or when LevelUP is unable to provide the purchased course as described.

The complete refund and cancellation terms will appear on the course page and during checkout before payment.

AI may support learning and feedback, but verified instruction, professional judgment, and human accountability remain in control. AI is not used to provide unreviewed course instruction.

The LevelUP AI Mentor is being developed as a gated support tool that can help approved learners revisit concepts, ask follow-up questions, and examine their reasoning. It is still being tested and is not available for public use. Course integration, access methods, and learner safeguards must be validated before release.
